High yielding variety of Taro ( Colocasia esculenta ). Plants are tall (1-1.5 m). Low tillering type. Cormels small and more in number (20-25 per plant). Duration 6.5 - 7 months. Yield 15 - 18 T / Ha. Starch 16-17 % and protein 2-3 % on fresh weight basis.
