VAMF(Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungus ) Cultures are made in the lab and multiplied in the medium like saw dust, peat soil etc. Then it is spread in the field. Vegetatively propagated crops can be inoculated by growing them in nursery treated with VAMF. Seed sown crops-Lignite slurry (1:2) is used for inoculation.
