Integrated pest management of s weet potato weevil 1.Select weevil free healthy planting material. 2.Remove and burn alternate hosts. 3.Dip the planting material in 0.05% fenthion or fenithrothion or monocrotophos , for 10minutes. 4.Reridge the crop at 30&60 DAP. 5.Install the sex pheromone trap @one trap/100sq.m for mass trapping themales. 6.Harvest at 105-110 days. 7.Destroy the crop residues by burning.
